Specialized care, organized by what you’re actually dealing with.
Every service below is delivered one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy, in 45–60 minute sessions. Grouped by clinical logic, not alphabet.
Not sure what you need? Start with what’s going on.
Most patients arrive knowing the problem, not the service. Use this page as a triage tool — find your situation below, and we’ll point you to the right starting point.
- Dealing with chronic pain that hasn’t responded to previous treatment? Start with chronic pain or dry needling.
- Pregnant and looking for specialized PT? Go directly to prenatal physical therapy.
- An athlete who keeps getting hurt? See sports injury prevention and corrective strength training.
- A desk worker with tension headaches and tight shoulders? Postural correction is usually the root cause.
- Recovering from surgery? Post-surgical rehab with continuity from week one.
- Told scoliosis surgery is your only option? Scoliosis treatment, non-surgical.
Manual Therapy & Soft Tissue Treatment
Hands-on techniques used in combination — not standalone services. The same DPT performs every modality based on what your tissues actually need that session.
Dry Needling
Level 2 certified — targeting deep neuromuscular trigger points other clinics refer out.
Learn more →Myofascial Cupping
Decompression of restricted fascia and adhesions, used inside a treatment plan rather than as a standalone trend.
Learn more →IASTM
Instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization for scar tissue, chronic tightness, and stubborn range-of-motion limits.
Learn more →Deep Tissue & Sports Massage
Manual work at the depth athletes and chronic-pain patients actually need — clinical, not spa.
Learn more →Specialty Programs & Unique Offerings
The cases that brought most of our patients to us — usually after a generic protocol elsewhere didn’t move the needle.
Prenatal Physical Therapy
Pelvic, low-back, and SI joint pain through pregnancy and after delivery. Trimester-aware plans, not generic protocols.
Learn more →Scoliosis Treatment
For patients told bracing or surgery is the only path. Schroth-informed corrective work focused on pain and function.
Learn more →Pancafit Stretching
Postural decompensation work using the Pancafit method — a European stretching system you will not find at most clinics.
Learn more →Wim Hof Method
Breathwork and cold exposure with Baltimore’s only certified Wim Hof Method instructor.
Learn more →Group Seminars
Small-group education on movement, breath, and recovery — for patients, athletes, and clinical referrers.
Learn more →Therapeutic Strength & Movement Training
Biomechanics-based corrective training — load and movement programmed to your assessment, not a generic gym plan.
Strength Training
Corrective load programmed by a DPT — closing the gap between PT discharge and real-world strength.
Learn more →Sports Injury Prevention
Movement screens and individualized programming for athletes who would rather not need rehab later.
Learn more →Postural Correction
Forward-head, rounded-shoulder, and chronic-tension patterns diagnosed and corrected — not stretched at.
Learn more →Post-Surgical Rehab
Orthopedic recovery managed end-to-end — same DPT every session, from week one through return to activity.

If you’re problem-aware but service-unaware, start here. We’ll route you to the right starting point on the consultation call.
Pick up the phone or book a free screen.
If nothing on this page maps cleanly to what you’re dealing with, that’s the point of the free 30-minute movement screen. We’ll listen, assess, and tell you honestly whether we’re the right place for your case — or who else to try.
Before you book
Three questions we hear most often when patients are still figuring out which service maps to their situation.
Can I receive multiple services in a single session?
Yes — and most patients do. Manual therapy, dry needling, cupping, and corrective movement are not standalone treatments here. They are tools in the DPT’s hands, used in whatever combination your case needs in the hour we have. You won’t be charged service-by-service.
How do I know which treatment is right for my condition?
You don’t have to. That’s the job of the movement screen. We’ll examine, ask questions, and build a plan based on what we find — not on which service you booked. If you’re problem-aware but service-unaware, that’s the right starting point.
Do all services require a physician referral?
No referral is required. Maryland is a direct-access state, so you can start any service here without one. Some insurers may require a referral for out-of-network reimbursement — we’ll flag that on the consultation if it applies to you.
